Difference between meditation and practice
1/ Meditation is a way to clear the mind by observing the breath and sensations in the body.
The result of meditation is a state of open consciousness, the development of creativity, sensitivity, focus, totality, mindfulness.
☝️ Anything that is not related to observing breathing and sensations in the body is not considered as meditation.
2/ Practice – energy-informational action aimed to work with consciousness, subconscious, as well as with such spaces as Ancestors, Karma, Previous incarnations, Soul and Spirit.
The result of practice is a transition to high-quality, healthy programs of consciousness.
